We stand behind every visit with our Royal Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to make it right — no questions asked.

We accept cash, check, and Venmo. Credit card processing is coming soon. Payment is due at the time of service completion. A 3-day grace period applies, after which a $5/day late fee is added. See our full fee schedule for details.

Yes — we arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface or material, just let us know and we're happy to accommodate.

Knight's Refresh is our maintenance clean — ideal for estates already at a high standard that just need consistent upkeep. Sovereign Scrub goes deeper with detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning, baseboards and fixtures. Coronation Prep is our most thorough service — a top-to-bottom transformation ideal for new clients, move-ins, or seasonal resets.

Most new clients start with a Sovereign Scrub or Coronation Prep to bring their estate up to a maintainable standard. From there, a Knight's Refresh keeps everything looking its best on an ongoing basis. Toni will assess your estate and recommend the right starting point — no guesswork.

We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For recurring clients on a maintenance plan, your schedule is held automatically.

Yes — a Queen T's gift service is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give. Perfect for new estate owners, new parents, someone recovering from illness, or anyone who deserves a little royal treatment. Contact us to arrange a gift service and we'll handle the rest.

Yes — Queen T's offers after-hours commercial cleaning for offices and businesses in the Michiana area. We build a custom service plan around your schedule and facility. Contact us for a walkthrough and quote.

We ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling a scheduled service. We offer two no-charge cancellations — life happens and we get it. From the third late cancellation onward, a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost applies. No-shows or inaccessible properties are charged the full service cost since your time slot was held exclusively for you. Toni will always work to accommodate valued clients within reason.

Pets are welcome! Toni simply asks that you discuss your pets ahead of time so she can plan accordingly. Most arrangements work out beautifully with a quick conversation before the first visit.

Our standard service area covers locations within 20 miles of Osceola, IN — no travel fee applies. For locations between 20–25 miles, a $15 travel fee is added. Between 25–30 miles, a $25 travel fee applies. Beyond 30 miles, Toni handles requests on a case by case basis — reach out and she'll let you know. Not necessarily — that's what we're here for. If your estate needs room prep or laundry taken to the laundry room before we begin cleaning, simply add those as Crown Customizations ($25/room for room prep, $25/load for laundry including linens). We handle it seamlessly so your full service time is focused on what matters most.
